We stayed in Hikkaduwa, at the Riff hotel. Nothing is working on the streets, neither shops, nor bike rentals, nor currency exchange, even though it's already 11 in the morning. Where can we go to exchange money and rent a bike? And does anyone know of a pharmacy nearby that is open?
