Direct buses from Durrës to Korçë (at 6:15) and from Durrës to Pogradec (at 6:30) depart from the bus station. The bus from Pogradec to Durrës is also daily, at 12:00. Arrive a little earlier, the bus may leave a few minutes earlier. Payment to the driver.
