How to get from the airport to the city of Durrës?
Option one) exit the airport and walk a little ahead, there will be buses that go to Durres (I don't know the exact schedule, but I think they run every hour). They cost around ~6€ per person
Option two) next to the buses, many people offer taxi services, we chose a taxi since a bus left right in front of us, we got there for 30€ (we don’t know how to negotiate, but it’s possible the price could have been lowered to 25€)
