Can you buy good French wine in the city and how much higher will the price be compared to the same wine in Bordeaux? (the question arose from obscure rumors that in Cambodia, customs duties on importing commercial alcohol are "somewhat simpler," bypassing various excise taxes, hence the price is lower).
This is not a country of wine connoisseurs. Go to Angkor Market, there is a decent-sized wine shop on the 1st floor, to the right of the entrance.
If you know the price of a specific wine in Bordeaux, you can compare by finding it in Cambodia. And making sure that this wine is indeed French, not a la sovignon blanc.
