For an adult or a child? Last year, an adventure park opened at the City of Dreams hotel, there was a climbing wall, but in winter, it was reported that it was damaged (the park in general) during the hurricane in February, I don't know what it's like there now, I hope they have restored everything.
There is also Adventure Mountain Park in the mountains (between the villages of Kyperounta and Spilia), about an hour from Limassol, take a look at Google Maps, they have some rock routes there.
