I would choose based on the doctor.

If the clinic accepts pVZP, then theirs.

If it's Maxim, then accordingly hers.

I wouldn't recommend Maksim, I would recommend pVZP of course, pvzp doesn't cover everything either, but it's better than Maksim. If you know that you won't be going to doctors (just in case), then you can consider Maksim (just for the residence permit).

@Lyuda: I had a more positive experience with Maxima. But that was before the monopoly of PVZP.

@Kirill: Especially the fact that to reimburse expenses, everything needs to be sent in paper form, and if the letter is lost, you have to restore the documents regarding the doctor's visit/payment.

@Lyuda: From personal experience - they didn't pay anything at all when requesting doctors for Maxima. Naturally, the doctors are those who work with Maxima.

We have pvzp, we're satisfied, there were no problems, the support service responds quickly, they speak Russian
