Guys, please tell me, is there a price difference in pharmacies?

We were in ancient Egypt, at Doctor Fayruz's pharmacy, where everything is at a pleasant price, just as we expected. But when you go to a pharmacy near the hotel, it's some kind of horror. As I understood, they don't sell at fixed prices there? So, can you bargain? Which pharmacies are better to go to, because Doctor Fayruz's pharmacy is far away?

There is a state pharmacy in Naama Bay, near Novotel, where prices are fixed and very affordable, with an excellent pharmacist; I bought from him twice.

@Maria: If you walk along the promenade, it's almost at the very end, look out for the Movien Peak hotel, it's the very last one, Novotel is a little closer. It's right behind its restaurant, just 2 meters away.

@Irina: Is this along the promenade closer to the sea or along the promenade closer to the road?
