Is Orbi City a bad neighborhood?
Normal, unless you live in Orbi itself ))
How bad it is.. the very beautiful part of the waterfront is the first line.. next to the Alley of Heroes and many expensive hotels and interesting attractions. A very nice area. The building itself is beautiful inside, and many rooms have just an amazing view.. especially the high floors.
@Xxx: I like my view more than the one from Orbi City. There are no corridors like in a dorm with a lot of people. It's noisy. It smells like sewage in the bathroom.
@Pink: Remove the stench and everything will be joyful.
@Andrey: who says what, it's the area itself, not Orbi.
@Drug: Yes, the area is very noisy in the summer.. it's not noisy in the orb, but it's very crowded.
@Xxx: Yes, it doesn't matter if there's a conditioner.
@Mariya: Many people are used to strong frosts and think that at +3 degrees outside, central heating is a must. However, an air conditioner manages this task quite well for such a season. Up to -7 degrees, as far as I know, it has a thermal efficiency of 400%.
In the season it's noisy - like a student dormitory... The view is good of the sea if you're lucky, otherwise you look at a construction site or the crazy Sunset café, there's no proper heating, the rooms are run-down, there's no parking, queues for the elevators, constant traffic jams at the entrance... Well, it's like that...
@Andrey: Heating is not needed there. It's warm in autumn and spring. In winter, we used the air conditioner for heating. That's enough. And at the same time, the door to the loggia is always slightly open for fresh air! We enjoyed living there in autumn and winter!
@Andrey: And if the block D is on a high floor with a view of the Marriott... such views are nowhere else to be found... also Orbi on Kachinskaya with a view of the waterfront, a high floor there has a view of the Metrocity, all the buildings with beautiful backlighting, the waterfront is also very beautiful. Again, no other building has such a view.
And what is this?
@Drug: The area where Orbi City is located is good, but Orbi itself is very poor housing... I don’t know how else to answer you )))
@Andrey: I understand, thank you.
