How many dollars can be taken out of Israel per person?

If a family or close relatives are traveling together, then 50,000 is for everyone. If it's more - they need to declare it. One family member can submit the declaration. And why is everyone so afraid of the declaration? There are no penalties for submitting it. It's not difficult and not painful. If you don’t submit, there will be confiscation, court, and a fine.
