Please let me know, I am using Weaz in Israel (navigator).

I've noticed that the GPS signal often disappears lately, especially on weekends it cuts out (I know this is done for safety reasons), but it's still impossible to plan a trip properly since I don't really know the roads, and navigating just by maps is quite problematic, especially on the road. Maybe there's a website where they post the times of the outages or some other hacks?

The exact time of turning off and on, no one can tell you for sure. Try downloading a navigation program (not a navigator, but specifically a program) like Turnav. It has navigation for professional users and may not be quite familiar to regular ones, but it maintains satellites even under jammers. Determining your location and understanding the direction is more than sufficient. Just first download the trial version, see how it works, and then buy the map if it suits you. I tested it all over the south, including in Eilat, the signal drops everywhere; Turnav is less precise than a tourist navigator but still works. I tested it on an IP 14.
