Someone asked for directions from Karaganda to Pavlodar, via Molodezhny. I just drove through. The asphalt on Molodezhny has been freshly laid. Overall from Karaganda to the paid highway Astana - Pavlodar, it took me about 4 hours, average speed 90-100. But there are a few small sections with potholes, but they are not many.
