@Danil: They have a very specific attitude towards refunds for canceled orders (before a driver was found). I waited almost (or not almost) a month for a refund, I do not recommend it. They take longer to find a car than Grab, for sure.

@Anna: Then Grab will help. It works somewhat like Yandex Taxi, with several different levels and there may be surcharges for high demand. I'm not sure if you can pay in cash in Indriver - I've never used it.
