Good morning. No problem. The drone in checked baggage, the battery in carry-on luggage.
Getting across the border is not a problem, it is not prohibited.
But if you are at a resort, you need permission from the hotel for filming. 99% it is prohibited. Open shower, privacy, etc.
No problems with locals.
