I have a strange error from Wise that says "Payment management is not available in your country." The country is set to Mexico in the settings. I want to find an app that accepts SWIFT. Are there any apps that accept SWIFT payments?

Even better than Swift. It comes as a local transfer for the local bank, fewer questions.
@Radik: A swift is needed specifically.
@Valeriy: A normal local card is needed for swift transfers, for which an RFC is required. And there is a risk that the account will be blocked until the issue is clarified, either by the tax authorities or by the anti-money laundering department. Then you will have to run around proving that you are not a camel for six months.
