Starnet is good
If your house is connected to arax, then it is the optimal price-quality ratio, the worst is SATELIT VIZUAL (they specialize in television, their internet is poor), and Orange and StarNet are more or less the same, take the one that has promotions at the moment or higher speed for the same package (for example, a TV for 99 lei was recently offered by Orange upon connection, their prices are almost identical).
