Can you swim in the lakes of Mongolia on a boat?
Half of Irkutsk is on motorboats on Lake Khuvsgul.
I can't say about everything, but I can definitely say this. Even with a motor. I haven't personally been on a motorboat, only on oars on Hargus Nuur and Khuvsgul. But I saw many watercraft enthusiasts on Khuvsgul near the border. Though they all had registration. They say you need to have documents for the motor. Of course, they have a boat ticket.
