Can you tell me what is worth visiting in Marrakech?
Everyone is rushing to the Majorelle Garden (where the Yves Saint Laurent museum is located), but you can only buy tickets with a foreign card on their website, you can't buy them on site, and there are huge lines at the entrance to the Medina)
It's not as slummy and dirty as in Casablanca
I'll add more later, while I'm still strolling
We enjoyed the experience at the 3 Michelin-starred chef's restaurant La Grande Brasserie at the Royal Mansour hotel. Not all dishes were successful, but it was interesting.
We didn't stay at the hotel, but for 220,000 rubles/day you will have 9 servants and a butler - they just couldn't think of what to do with them around the hotel, it's cool to wander through a real eastern fairy tale
Medina and the market, colorful and kilometers of streets with goods made of silver, leather, textiles, and lamps, but all mostly factory-made at first glance.
Jardin Majorelle and the Yves Saint Laurent Museum, a riot of colors in architecture, plenty of benches for relaxation and chilling, lovely restaurants nearby for lunch) tourists actually helped pay - they bought tickets, we gave them dirhams! We easily managed without a map.
We were there too, really liked it. The food was delicious, and the interiors are a whole separate conversation.
@Anita: Smiling Husband also got a lamb They served me a daily fish, nothing special. But the vegetables accompanying it were excellent The desserts were also bland, I didn't finish them There were some questions regarding the service
@Julia: My little ribs were delicious, we didn't try the desserts, the service was top-notch, no regrets about the tips)
