Please recommend a one-day route in the Etosha area.
A week ago, I traveled to Okakuejo - Halali - Namutoni. The best place is right in Okakuejo by the waterhole), an even better option is to rent a lodge there for the night. There were all sorts, apart from the cats. One option could be to drive early in the morning to Mirador de Olifantsbad, then to Etosha Pan Lookout and back to Okakuejo. Along the way, stop at the waterholes, they are marked on the maps. Google, tracks4africa, organic maps. But now it’s the season when there is plenty of water for the animals everywhere, so they are not as eager to gather near the waterholes.

Yesterday we traveled the same route, but we didn't see any elephants, lions, or rhinos, only antelopes, zebras, buffaloes, and giraffes.
@Julia: In the evening in Okaukuejo, there are elephants and rhinos. But you can take a trip to Otjiwa Lodge for the white rhinos, and nearby is the Africat Foundation Lodge with the little cats. And not far away is the cheetah reservation.
@Yuliya: We left just in the evening, couldn't stay, apparently, these need to be caught just after sunset.
@Julia: During the day there were a lot of elephants here -> Mirador de Olifantsbad But in my opinion, it's not worth 3 days in Etosha, 1.5 days is enough with one night in Okaukuejo.
