In the Green Market, the last stall, near the Mumuso store
there must be some at the central market. we were recently in Sovietsk, bought Gouda produced by Tilsit-Ragnit (Neman). I can't say I liked it very much, well it's not bad, no more. I really love cheese, but this one didn't impress me. but to each their own...
There is a wide selection of cheeses at the market.
There are many places in the market with excellent foreign parmesan for 1600 per kg. Local cheese burns if set on fire.
