Please advise when you recommend visiting Kaliningrad, Zelenogradsk - we are considering the November holidays or New Year (for about 3-4 days). How is the weather? What do you recommend to see? There are 4 adults going. Where is it better to stay - Kaliningrad or Zelenogradsk? What places would you recommend?
Both times can be visited. Don't expect snow for New Year, most likely there will be rain and positive temperatures. For New Year, Zelenogradsk is decorated like a fairy tale.
In November and for New Year, it is more convenient to live in Kaliningrad.
We were there in November two years ago - we lived in Kaliningrad) if it rains, Kaliningrad is still more fun. Although Zelenogradsk is beautiful even in the rain)
This year we will be staying in Zelenogradsk at the end of August
