Can you recommend a good café in Kaliningrad?
A wonderful very delicious restaurant with excellent service, Madame Boucher Kaliningrad, next to a store with marzipan and caramel of its own production (towards Kant Island). By chance, without a table reservation, we managed to have lunch. The restaurant is in an old tower. Wonderful French cuisine! Beautiful view from the window.
