Is the internet good in Belgrade, is it expensive?
I use SBB, it's good and fast, costs around 30 euros
Good, I have MTS, 500 mb/s, really gives 400, costs 2800 dinars a month
under no circumstances connect to SBB, their connection is outright crap and they do nothing about it, calls, complaints, nothing helps. You have to pay, but every time they have problems with the internet and especially with the router, it's just faulty, we have already changed 3 of them.
I can't say about the stationary one, I have it included in the rental. The mobile one, if there is no residence permit or visa, is only available with prepayment. I have a plan for 10 GB per month (+10 for Instagram, WhatsApp, and Viber) that costs 1000 dinars.

It depends on the area, apparently. In New Belgrade, it's a stable 300 Mbps. But once a month at night, there are outages, yes.
