Please advise. Currently in Belgrade.

I want to ride around the city on transport, see everything, but I can't figure out the payment in the Beograd+ app. I bought a SIM card yesterday from MTS, it seems with 15 GB for 15 days, but, as I understood, it's not possible to make payments with it, because SMS can't be sent from it, apparently. Can you advise me on what to do? Should I buy a new SIM card, or can I buy a paper ticket somewhere for a week (that would be more convenient for me)?

Pay directly by card in the BeogradPlus app. There, in the center, is the Ticket icon, click on it, choose Time-based and Daily, and then depending on the ticket you need) There is also a ticket for 7 days available

The thing is that I only have a Russian card, I do have a Mastercard from the Bank of St. Petersburg, but I am sure it won't work in Serbia :-(

@Carlos: Maybe you don't have any money on your SIM card? I mean free money. You have those GB because it's the plan, but no money?

@Carlos: In the same kiosk. Just say the number and how much money is needed. They will come right away. It will send a text message to the number 9011, and the fare will be deducted from the SIM card.

Please tell me - how to link a card to pay for the ride in the app. I have a non-personalized Kazakhstan card.

@Yulya: Maybe, to be honest, I'm not in the know. I asked about the SIM card, and at the kiosk with tobacco and press, they offered one like this. I decided to take it (I'm here on vacation for a week). How can I top up the balance, sorry for the stupid questions, probably, but I'm a total newbie here. Is there something like top-up machines?

@Elena: In 2 acts. You can switch to English in the settings if it's easier. It seems you need to register at the start too.

You can also top up E-Nalog and pay from the account on the electronic wallet in Beograd+

You can buy a paper ticket at the kiosk. Almost at every one, but not at all yet. By the way, there are stationary sales offices.

They sell tickets there from 7 to 19.

Oh, thank you very much! And do I understand correctly that to get around the city (specifically in Belgrade without distant suburbs), I need to buy the Beograd+ pass, and the Beograd Card will not work for me? As I understood, in the second case, it is specifically for transport in the suburbs, and for public transport within the city, it is not suitable?

@Carlos: No) Belgrade+ this is a mobile application - the tickets are the same everywhere: in the phone, at the ticket office, or via SMS.

@Dmitry: Just great! Thank you! I will try to buy a paper pass at Deligradska, 10, it's a couple of blocks away from the hotel.
