Andrey, KC Grad every other week on Tuesday. Next Tuesday - there should be a meeting. You can communicate in different languages there. The polyglot club in KC Dorćol is the same story. They have meetings on Wednesday. It seems every week, but it's better to check. It's not specifically for talking in English, but you can always speak a lot of English there.
