Can you pay in cash euros on public transport in Serbia?
Of course, Serbia is in the EU...
We pay in euros as a family, everywhere
Why bother figuring it out. They don’t have their own currency here, so they accept anything that shines.
I think you can buy from the driver, or via SMS if you have a Serbian number, payment in local currency dinars
Payment rules are available on all buses
I don't know about euros, but you can definitely pay with cash dinars (at least in Novi Sad) - when you enter the bus, you give the money to the driver, and he prints you a ticket receipt on the spot)
not everywhere. In Belgrade, your driver will not sell you anything.
