You purchase a ticket to Marina Bay and they provide the opportunity to add a free gift, a SIM. In the app, you then activate the SIM card, it is added to the system, you activate it, turn on roaming access, and that's it.

I bought 2 different tickets this way and received two cards with 3GB/15 days.
