Parking in Valencia payment by time?
If there is blue marking on the street or a sign indicating that parking is paid, then payment through the parking meters is a maximum of 2 hours, but you need to check the schedule, as it is sometimes free during lunch and at night.
There are places with free parking, but such free spots are usually not available; however, if they are, the guys call you over. I usually give them 50 cents for that, or 1 euro if I don't have small coins.
Underground, the payment is charged by the minute around the clock, 4-6 euros per hour; if it's for a whole day, then it's cheaper.
