Just catch one on the street. Payment is by the meter, no one will cheat you or take you into the woods. The taxi is white with a red diagonal stripe, with a green light on the roof if it's free.
Download the Bolt or Uber taxi app, trips there are significantly cheaper than in the official white taxi with a red stripe.
