What is the probability of precipitation in Hikkaduwa in October?
There is almost no precipitation right now. I sincerely don't understand why it is written everywhere that it's the low season; it is excellent right now. The ocean is not calm, but there are beaches where it's perfectly fine to swim with small waves. The climate is great, everything else is fine.
I think everything will be better in October.
