@Aleksey: For Russians, it's more expensive. You should buy from locals. 15-20 dollars is normal.

You can ask them. Well, it's some pocket change, really hard to remember. I took two personal sessions, it was no more than 100 bucks, though it was several years ago.

I had a training session that cost 50 dollars with a Russian coach in Weligama this year in July. I had only one training session; it will be cheaper if you buy several - I don't know how much.

Last February in Veligama near Marriott, it was 5000 rupees/hour for one individual lesson (instructor and board) with a local instructor on the foam.
