Who has been on a safari in Udawalawe? Share your reviews?
In April, we paid 13k rupees for the rental of a jeep and 22k rupees for entry; it was just my husband and me.
I was in Udawalawe, not this year though, but still. I didn't like it, although our driver was "always first". Just the standard Sri Lankan animals from the jeep. We saw elephants, piglets, a hare, many peacocks, monitor lizards, crocodiles, and something cute... uh, it was either a fox or a coyote, something like that, I don't quite remember.
