Are the attractions inside the old town paid or free?
Everything is free. You just walk around.
There are small museums, they charge a fee, but it's not expensive. You can walk around the little streets for free.
There are good apps with audio guides that can be downloaded to your phone.
For the iPhone, it's called: Antalya - Old Town. It has a map of attractions and there are 5 free sites. The others are paid, around 400 rubles. We purchased it and walked around listening ourselves.
