Yesterday we flew out. There is no free access like in Russia. There are counters/terminals where you need to scan your passport, you receive a one-time code and enter it on your phone - there will be access for 30 minutes. Our whole family tried to use our Russian international passports, but none of the three were accepted by the system((( foreigners behind us had no problems
