Convenient location. Everything is nearby, the selection is definitely better than downstairs. The transport connection is excellent. Downsides - you have to drive to the sea, it might be noisy.
The choice of restaurants and shops is large, minibuses run regularly, there are no problems getting to the sea or Fethiye. I stayed in Hisaronu twice; I had no desire to live down by the sea. To each their own.

Well, and to include expenses for minibuses in the budget. A little of course - 76 lira a day per person.

Noise only near the central street. 100 m away and quite comfortable.
@Milena: How lucky to be nearby. For the most comfortable stay - Ovadzhik. And all places in Hisarenu are within walking distance. The cost to the sea and Fethiye is the same from Ovadzhik and Hisarenu.
@Elena: There's only one downside - the minibus makes a decent detour through Hisharon until the turnaround.
@Milena: 5 minutes, it's easier to load up.
