As it turns out, they have a fixed fee of $10 for SWIFT transfers, plus they scare you with fees from the receiving banks. VISA Direct, as I was told, takes a 1% commission from the transfer amount. And how much would it cost to send $10,000 via regular SWIFT through a bank? What other economical options are available?
Wise is very limited with Uzbekistan. It seems that it's not possible to send there.
