What are the "downsides" of Windham, choosing a hotel

What I personally didn't like: a very narrow beach (only one row of sunbeds near the fence), it's also not very long. The building is cold, uncomfortable, especially after swimming - there are no changing rooms. The buffet is modest, with no open access to it. But most of all, extortion on the day of departure upset me. Otherwise, it's a standard multi-storey hotel. No balconies. No smoking allowed (if that's important).

Windham Hotel Cons:

1. The beach is a thin strip of sand along the fence;

2. The rooms do not have balconies, and the windows do not open. At the same time, the room may be damp, and the air conditioner is centralized and cannot be adjusted - it can only be turned off;

3. It is said that the security may brazenly not allow guests out of the hotel without an accompanying guide, arguing that it is for the safety of the guests;

4. In a terrible fire in the distant 1987, many people died in this hotel. Some impressionable people believe that the unclaimed souls of those who burned alive roam the hotel corridors and howl in agony at night.

Overall, the hotel is quite good and is considered the best city hotel in Porlamar on the first line.
