Each person is allowed 20 kg, combining to make 21-40 kg and not exceeding one suitcase.
If you are unable to do it through the website, try downloading the application and check the ticket through it.
Try using a different intermediary, I also had a similar situation when I was buying a ticket from Istanbul to Vietnam on Kupi Bilet, it showed that there were no seats available, but when I went through Onetwortip, everything was fine.
