Who knows where to find real civet coffee in Vietnam?
In Dalat.
They produce it there.
Drank it right at the farm where they make it. For the sake of the experiment, in two different places. I love coffee and know a lot about it, but the civet coffee didn't wow me. Maybe it wasn't the beans, but the roasting, grinding, and preparation. The taste is a bit specific. In short, I expected more. Advice: find a place where they will prepare this coffee for you. It’s too expensive to buy at least 500g without trying it first.
I read that in blind testing of coffee varieties, it came in last place. I also tried it on the farm - it tasted like coffee from Ashan.
