Who knows how to get to Altyn Arashan by yourself in Kyrgyzstan?
Good. From Karakol, you can take a minibus and then walk 15 km. Taxi drivers can take you a bit closer, about 2 km. Shuttle to the place.
You need a prepared vehicle to get there if you don't want to walk; as far as I know, they pick you up from Karakol and take you straight to Altyn Arashan.
