The number at the end is the amount of GB of traffic. 1 GB for 3 days, 2 for 7, and so on.

Is it on a postpaid SIM card? I have prepaid and there is no such option.
@Toma: This is a prepaid SIM card, but it is registered under documents (I don't know if it matters or not).

@Toma: If the trip is for a long time, google their operators, I saw ads in Sarajevo with offers for tourist SIM cards, I can't remember the prices unfortunately, but it might be more profitable. Or check AirAlo, if your phone supports eSIM.
